This week’s baby knitting pattern is a quite straightforward and knits up really nicely. I bought the same pattern a few years ago and have made it several times in different sizes. I found hot pink with acid lime trims worked well for my toddler as a more “grown up” colourway of the baby cardigan on the pattern front.

All the Sirdar patterns I have I had to purchase….this to me is heaven! I have 3 nephews and have been working on blue shades in Sirdar. Now I have a little girls pattern, but no little girl….but I’m going to make it anyway. It looks so sweet and easy to make! Thank you so much! Keep the Sirdar patterns coming!!!

Thank you! although I like pink and green, I think I’m going to make this in red and pink which was my daughter’s favorite colors when she was little.

Red with blue might be good for a boy!

Hi I hope someone can help. I started knitting a baby cardigan for my grand daughter and realised there are pages missing. It is a very old pattern and was hoping someone has a copy they could scan and send to me. It is a Sirdar Sunshine Series No.69. It has 3 cardigans knitted in Majestic 3 ply for age 12 months. I am knitting the middle one which is white on the cover.
I would appreciate receiving the missing pages. My name is Jacqueline, email. jacqleathem@gmail.com. I live in South Africa. Many thanks

  24. Gloria says:

When you are knitting up the back and the pattern say to” continue knitting until the back measures 11cm”, does that include the ribbing or not?
