    Hello,

You’ve inspired me! I haven’t knitted for quite a number of years but I’m going to have a go at the cable knit cushion above. You wouldn’t happen to know the wool colour would you? I see its Sirdar Big Softie Super Chunky but I’m a little unsure as to which colour it is.

    Kind regards,

    Janice

      Hi Janice,

Great to hear that we have inspired you – that’s what we like to do! Also it’s lovely that you’re getting back into knitting.

Seeing as this is a relatively old post, it seems we no longer sell that particular shade and the designer does not specify which colour she used. The nearest shade I can find in the Sirdar Big Softie is ‘Graffiti’, which you can find here: http://www.loveknitting.com/sirdar-big-softie-super-chunky?sku=YSR008_319.

Or, alternatively, you could try knitting it with 5 balls of Stylecraft Swift Knit Super Chunky in Ash: http://www.loveknitting.com/stylecraft-swift-knit-super-chunky

Hope this helps you to get those knitting needles out again!

      All the best,
      Jenni & the LoveKnitting Team

Basically they need 270m of a super chunky yarn – I would suggest with some acrylic in it.

Hi there. I originally knitted this cushion in Drops Eskimo Unicolour, Shade Pastel Blue and that’s the shade in the photos. Hope this helps.
        Happy knitting.
