        Hi Lena,

        The beanie hat should automatically add the mittens to your basket, once you have added the beanie hat, please go directly to your basket and check that the mittens have been added, it will then discount the price. If you are still experiencing problems, please email info@loveknitting.com and a member of the team will get back to you ASAP, usually within 48 hours.

    Initially I had trouble processing the checkout purchase, I could get the robin hat and mitts recorded in the basket. Then I called to process my order over the phone… oops. It has been charged to my credit card 3 times. The love-knitting computer was not accepting verification from my bank of the approval and transfer of funds. As of this point I have 3 credit card charges and 1 debit card charge and no patterns. The reps, although pleasant were sure the problem was with my bank communication. It is obviously not the case. Just FYI, I made my contact from the US. I too would like this resolved.

      I have spoken to the customer service team and they have contacted the tech team to see what the issue could be, they have also sent you an email to let you know they are looking into this further. In regards to the Paypal query, this has no relation to your order with LoveKnitting, I was informed your order was done by card, as you said not through Paypal. Hope this helps!

    I have sent an e-mail to Loveknitting and tried calling on the phone many times and have had no success in contacting anyone. I’m am frustrated but thankful I do not have empty charges to my credit card. Sorry for your luck though. They are certainly having problems with this website. If you go to the designer’s website you can purchase the beanie pattern for $5 but no free mitten pattern. Just a thought. Good luck.

      Hi JoAnne.

      We’re very sorry to hear you have had troubles getting hold of us. If you have sent an email, a member of our customer service team will be in contact with you ASAP, usually within 48 hours. We have very limited staff available to take calls on the weekend, which is most probably the reason you couldn’t get through. We did experience problems with the site on the weekend, but everything is back up and running so there shouldn’t be any problems purchasing the beanie pattern with the free mittens.

    today I received an email from international PayPal… don’t know if it is a scam or not, but the email stated they were blocking an unauthorized payment. I was requested to provide information (exactly what I don’t know because I didn’t open the attached form) that would release the hold. TO THE TECHS at Loveknitting, I did not try to use paypal to make the payment.

    Got an email today with both these patterns now free (apparently) but no download button and page states offer now closed. Wish LoveKnitting would make up it’s mind.

      We send an email promoting this office at the beginning of December. I’m afraid the offer is no longer valid, but you can still buy the patterns by following the links in the above blog posts. I’m sorry for the confusion caused.
