  13. Alexandra Graziano says:

On the needles, a jacket, a shawlette, a hat, I used to be able to knit one item, finish it, then buy yarn for a new project, wish I could go back to that. However I have a huge stash of yarn that I have to go through before I buy any more yarn.

    • KimmieC says:

Here here sister in yarn! Stashed to the gills…WIPs to the eyeballs… but it’s SO fun to get into a new project.

  16. Lynne H. says:

7 grandchildren ages from 4 to 18 keep me busy all year long with birthdays, easter, christmas, etc. I also have 3 great neices and 2 great nephews, with more on the way. I love making socks, sweaters, blankets, hats, mitts etc either knitted or crocheted. I am 70 yrs young and very glad that I retired at 68 with a hubby who supports my crafting obsession. I have a spare room that is loaded with yarn just waiting for my next project. So I have enough to keep me going for at least a year. My sister and I share pics back and forth as we finish our projects as she lives 5 hrs away. Can’t tell you how much I “Love knitting”.

  17. KimmieC says:

I got Shawl – and the funny thing is that’s what I just finished…or will once I get about 6 more rows of one color that I’m lacking. I have several WIPs, and sometimes I finish one or two in a weekend.

  20. Jo Parkinson says:

Just finished two pairs of bonkers house SOCKS, one pair for youngest daughter, one pair for 13 yr old grandson.
Next project is a knitted puffin – that’s not on the list!

  21. Beth M says:

Socks, says the app? Quite possibly – when I’ve finished the two pairs currently in progress 🙂
On the other hand, I’ve got a to-do list of shawls/scarves/hats waiting if I feel like a change – I just need to make up my mind which one to do first

  22. Michèle Côté says:

Après avoir tricoté plusieurs douzaines de bas, j’ai commencé une huitième couverture à la mi-janvier avec mes restes de laines. Déjà plus de la moitié de fait.
Une activité des plus zen et très gratifiante.

  23. Margaret says:

Just started knitting in-the-round – finished cowl and half way through a hat. Guess I’ll have to be brave and make an attempt at socks next!

  24. Juanita Chereck says:

I am making hats for the homeless and hats was my number two on the list. Last year I made 40 plus hats for babies in a neonatal (premies) hospital ward, the year before I made hats for my family as Christmas gifts and asked them to give them away to some one in need, I think I made 29 that year. I like making hats, just like I like to multitask. I collected and also bought a lot of yarn before I retired. We have lots of homeless people living on the streets in Portland Oregon USA. Making hats is a good way to use the smaller quantities of yarn that I have in my stash. I will share my hats with the homeless this coming winter 2018.

  25. Annmarie says:

Hi I’m finishing matching hats for a little boy his brother and his dad navy red and white stripes with white bobble. And half way thru knitting a jumper for a friend. J need to get them finished to get started on baby blankets and jumpers

I am finishing up a serenity cowl and matching hat. Mostly I crochet hats and scarves then give them away? Love to knit too! Haven’t figured out my next project yet? Looking thru the crochet world magazine, just might try one of tjose sweater thingy?😄😄

  27. Emma says:

Just finished a neon stripe cowl and a multi stripe baby’s hat from odds and ends. I have on the go a multicoloured blanket for my nephew’s wedding present and a plain colour shawl/scarf for my niece’s birthday. I have a bag of DK odds and ends which I shall use for baby and children’s hats and scarves while continuing with the bigger projects!

  28. Cheryl says:

Well, according to the quizz, socks! According to my project bag, a scarf! Although, I was thinking about starting some socks as my on the side project. Hmmm….

  32. Pam says:

I am still finishing off 6 cardis/jumpers for my granddaughter and 2 for my grandson then need to knit something for myself amonngst my wool stash. Autumn is here in N.Z so will be inside more soon busy knitting away to my hearts content. ☺

  33. Beverley says:

I got sweater and funnily enough have just bought wool for an aran sweater. Was going to wait till I’d finished a shawl but fate has now decided that I should start my jumper tonight!

  34. Kimmy says:

The results of your color test said that my next project would be a shawl. I’m not a shawl person at all and rarely knit or wear shawls. On rare occasions I’ll knit a little shawlette that I wear like a scarf, but I think I’ve only knitted two in my entire 5 decades of knitting. At the moment, I’m knitting a couple sweaters – one for me and one for my niece.

  35. Debbie M says:

Been making fingerless gloves knitted & crocheted so I guess your hat or blanket could be next. Been knitting blankets & hats for missions overseas.
