That first pattern does not appear to be free.

  2. Kate C says:

    Er… Father’s Day Downunder is in September…

Angie: The other posters are correct.

    a) The first pattern is not free, and
    b) Father’s Day in Australia and New Zealand is celebrated each year on the first Sunday in September.

Perhaps less time spent on Netflix or video games would help… 😉

  4. Donna J Young says:

Thanks for the Simple Skyp pattern. I will be making those.

  5. Laurel Robbins says:

I think I’ll make the Very Vanilla socks for my husband – I like the look of them!

  6. Tina says:

Welcome to Sweden, where fathersday is celebrated on the second sunday in November. At least that gives me enough time to knit a pair of socks 😉

  7. Avril Muthig says:

Grip socks are exactly as their name suggests, they help grip your feet to the surface you’re working on, which improves your balance. Also called non-slip socks, grip socks are perfect for yoga mats or wooden floors when you just can’t plant your feet right. We’ve rounded up the best grip socks so you don’t have to worry about slipping and sliding around!
