Morticia Addams, in the original Addams Family tv series, was often knitting! Call the Midwife had Nanatus House residents knitting, too. The fabulous TBS series, People of Earth has a character named Margaret who is often knitting!

I have to confess, despite my family members asking why I don’t find better things to do, my response is “I am doing what I can, what I like and when I like. Lump it or be quiet.”
I am addicted to being creative. It is therapeutic, relaxing and so so enjoyable.

I would go with Miss. Marple, but the other night I saw an episode of The Avengers dedicated to knitting. Of late I’ve seen a lot of knitting episodes, like The Three Stooges.
