7 Mother’s Day knitting patterns
Mothers Day is just around the corner, and there’s no time like the present to make something lovely for mom on her special day. We’ve collected a handful of beautiful patterns to make her feel special.
Proserpine by Karie Westermann is a gorgeous shawl that mom will love, worked mostly in stockinette stitch with stripes of lace. Fyberspates Vivacious 4 Ply will look nice in the stockinette sections without distracting from the lace.
The Chandelier fingerless gloves by Katherine Vaughan are a delicate, sweet gift your mother will love to wear on any occasion. Knit One Crochet Too Crock-O-Dye is a lovely choice to add depth with subtle variegation.
If you want to try some beadwork, Leave it to Me by Louise Zass-Bangham is a subtle and beautiful choice. Use Fyberspates Vivacious 4 Ply with coordinating beads to add subtle sparkle to your mom’s day.
Maybe mom would like to receive some jewelry on her special day. You could knit her this Deco pattern by Sivia Harding. It’s a great way to use up a small amount of yarn, and short row shaping with beads adds some shimmer.
